Ongoing Classes

These classes are held continuously and are available for drop-in.  Space is limited in some of our classes so pre-registration is highly recommended. It is highly recommended that you pre-register for classes; limited space is available. If you register for a class and do not show within 5 minutes of the start time, your space may be forfeited to a drop-in student.  For more information, please contact us at (360)-697-6100.

Therapeutic Yoga – Gentle
This class focuses on gentle movement, proper alignment and easy stretching and strengthening of the body.  It is ideal for practitioners dealing with chronic pain or rehabilitating injuries, arthritis and/or coping with stress.  Ideal for beginners or seniors or anyone seeking a gentler practice.  All levels are welcome.

Therapeutic Yoga – Strengthening
This class uses yoga poses and other exercises to effectively strengthen, stretch and heal the body and mind.  Modifications for each pose will be shown.  Emphasis will be on improving balance, movement, alignment and stability. This is a great class if you are new to yoga and do not have any major health issues or symptoms.  
All levels are welcome.

Gentle Chair Yoga 
A 30 min gentle yoga class that uses props, chairs and the wall to assist participants of all ages and abilities to enjoy the benefits of yoga. The entire class is practiced standing or seated in a chair. The focus will be on increasing balance, flexibility, strength, endurance and overall wellness.  All levels are welcome.

Yoga Tune up ®
Yoga Tune up® is a yoga fitness format that helps eradicate pain, improve posture and enhance performance through a unique blend of Corrective Exercise, Self Massage and Yoga.  It is a fun and effective way to live better in your body. 
Although open to all levels, this is a fitness-based class; if you have any concerns, please contact our studio before attending.

Yoga Tune up ® - Self-Care  
Learn simple self-care techniques that you can practice at home. Improve and restore the body with exercises, poses and therapy ball rolling to reduce pain and tension, hydrate the tissues and fascia and return the body to its proper balance. 

Each month, we will focus on a different area of the body. Call us to find out the focus for this month.  All levels welcome.

Active Yoga 
This moderately paced class focuses on alignment and safety while utilizing some flowing yoga sequences and longer holds. You will be encouraged to work on correct form in a broad assortment of yoga poses as well as practice breath work (pranayama) and relaxation techniques.  

**It is recommended that you have at least  6-12 months of yoga experience and are free of injury or illness before taking this class.

These classes/workshops are offered periodically. Additional fees may apply. Check the website or call us for current offerings and dates. Relax & Renew Workshops - Wednesday evenings are devoted to classes & workshops that emphasize healing, stress relief and relaxation.  Come relax & unwind.

Yoga Spa
A unique yoga experience that combines restorative yoga with relaxing massage, healing hot stones and aromatherapy. Yoga Spa is a blissful experience where you will feel rejuvenated, refreshed and pampered. Sessions are 75 minutes long.
