My first yoga class left me with a feeling I will never forget. Getting back in touch with that feeling on a daily basis has been a priority ever since. For over 40 years, daily yoga practice has been part of my path. It sustained and supported me through birthing and raising four children and then through menopause. Still committed to daily practice, I also joyously devote substantial time and effort to studying and helping other people feel the wonders of a freely moving body. The majority of my teaching is focused on teaching the MELT Method (http://www.resilientbody.me/melt) coordinated with alignment based corrective excercise. Places of Study: Purna Yoga: 2000-hour teacher training; MELT Method: Certified instructor; Functional Movement Systems: Certified Instructor; Masters in Education. I am presently working on Broga Yoga certification.
