liability waiver first! Classes are ALL LEVEL and will run for approximately one hour.

Liability Waiver
By clicking the link for the live stream class, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms and that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts in the jurisdiction in which you reside:
1. I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding my participation in the yoga class. I represent and warrant that I have no medical condition which would prevent my full participation in the yoga class/workshop.
2. In consideration of being permitted to participate in the yoga class/workshop, I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries or damages, known or unknown, which might I might incur as a result of participating in the program.
3. In further consideration of being permitted to participate in the classes, I knowingly, voluntarily and expressly waive any claim that I may have against the teacher/instructor, the owners or the leaseholder of the building for injuries or damages that I may sustain as a result of participating in classes or workshops held by Well Being Yoga, LLC
4. I understand that the teacher cannot see me, and that I am responsible for my own health and wellbeing in these online classes.
5. If at any time during the class, you feel discomfort or strain, gently come out of the posture. You may rest at any time during the class. If I experience any pain or discomfort, I will listen to my body and inform my teacher immediately.

 

 

How to Attend Class

To attend class(es) online, you will need to first, create a Zoom account. You may use a computer, smartphone or tablet. It is helpful to have a camera so I may see you if you so choose but it isn’t totally necessary. On your computer, https://zoom.us/
