Yoga & Movement classes
We believe that yoga and movement is inherently therapeutic and holistic. Our classes and workshops are developed by a team of health professionals and experienced yoga instructors to be good for the body and great for the mind as well.
Classes are safe and fun and have a focus on alignment and self-care. We believe that yoga can be practiced by “every body” so come stretch, move and reach for a better you.
New Student Guide
We pride ourselves on providing attentive and specialized Movement classes. Our classes are maintained at a small size to allow for personal attention. It is highly recommended to pre-register for classes. This secures your space if we reach capacity and we can contact you if a class schedule change/cancellation occurs. Once a class is full, a waitlist will be formed and you will be informed if a space becomes available. If you register for a class and do not show within 5 minutes of the start time, your space may be forfeited to a drop-in student. Drop-ins are accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis. If you cannot attend your class, please cancel as soon as possible to allow another student to attend. Thank you for your understanding. Wear layered, comfortable clothing that allows for a full range of motion. It is best not to eat for ~ 2 hours before your class.
Yoga mats are available for loan at our studio at no additional charge. We kindly ask that you clean the loaner mat after you use it.
What Type of Class Should I Take?
Please check out our class descriptions to find classes that appeal to you. We have different levels of activity in our classes to accommodate all levels of experience.
If you are newer to yoga; the Therapeutic and/or Chair classes would be the best place to start. Look at the class schedule to see availability and sign-up! If you need advice or have questions, please feel free to contact us.
Good Health Practices:
* Please know that our staff is continuing to monitor the latest information regarding the emergence of COVID-19 in our region, and is exercising careful hygiene and disinfection protocols.
* As always, you can help prevent the spread of illness by washing your hands frequently with soapy water, staying home if you are sick, and by exercising common sense practices for maintaining optimal health: get plenty of sleep, water, exercise and good nutrition.
* If you are experiencing any symptoms of illness, please cancel your appointment with us, and contact your physician or urgent care for further guidance. Our office phone is 360-697-6100 - be sure to leave a detailed message if you reach voicemail.
* Please allow at least 24 hours advanced notice to avoid late cancellation fees. If you develop symptoms of illness the same day as your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible. Fees are waived for illness, as long as we are given advance notice. “No shows” will still incur a cancellation fee.
